Mexican Fiesta

February 28:

Took a cooking class at EATZ.  The theme: Mexican Fiesta!

The photo on the right is the list of all the things we made that night.  I didn't take that many pictures, because I was trying to figure out how to do everything.  And do you like my creepster-uncle mustache?  Just trying it out.

But here is my Chiles Rellenos Stuffed with Beef and Jack Cheese.  MMM.  The trick to stick in toothpicks to keep the entire thing together.

I've taking a cooking class before, but we started with a lot of cocktails.  As the night went on, they took away our knives.  For the better.
