Sweaty Sundays - You and I

Took another Sweaty Sunday's dance class!  This time we got a picture of Ryan Heffington!  Check out the group photo (scary photo bomber.)

Probably the only time I get to wear my overpriced booty shorts.


Too embarrassed to record myself, but this was the group before.  Best feel good thing to do on Sunday mornings.

Dance class on Sundays is our Gay Church

We have to dress up, follow the instructions of our instructor and mimic those around use without really knowing what we're doing.

One of the moves was lift your leg like you're straddling a horse then gallop across the floor.
Loves. I was confident enough to record myself this time!

I'm really loving these high energy dance classes.  My back has been so sore afterward, but I feel a lot of euphoria jumping around and acting like I'm fierce during the floor routine.
