Oprah

My supervisor is huge on celebrity sightings. Every time we go out to fancy dinners she does a "once over" and walks around the restaurant in search of someone interesting.

Oprah owns one of the companies in the building and was in office for a visit and of couse our team flew towards the windows to watch her walk to her car. Today was different- we had our status meeting outside to catch Oprah on her way to her Escalade which we confirmed was the same as the day before.

We were eating and talking until suddenly, my coworkers whispered, "OMG, IT'S OPRAH!" My supervisor jumped up and said, "hi Oprah!!" and surprisingly Oprah came over to chat with us. I tried to hide my obnoxiously excited smile.

Oprah: What are you guys doing outside?
Us: Just having lunch
Oprah: Lunch outside? WOOooOHOOOO!
Us: Can we take a picture?
Oprah: yes yes, let's do this.

And one of our coworkers had to take one for the team and be the photographer since Oprah's driver or assistant or who ever declined our request.

But here we are with Oprah! And she's making her signature sound in the photo: WOOOOHOOO!! I was hoping to reach under my seat to find a new iPAD for the whole audience, but this picture is good enough!
