My mom forwarded me an email:Please take notice of
this!
If you are driving at night
and are attacked with eggs, do not operate the wiper and spray any
water. Because eggs mixed with water become milky and block your vision up
to 92.5% Then you are forced to stop at the road side and become a victim
of robbers
This is a new technique
used by robbers in Johor Bahru.
Please inform your
friends and relatives
Please take this
seriously
OMG! My mom is hilarious! First don't eat things made in China, now a note about a "new technique used by robbers!"
Ridiculous.

Thoughts: The Yellow lane does not mean loading, it means Asian Parking. In consideration of other drivers, pedestrians and stationary objects, the yellow parking lane is usually isolated from everyone else.
Thoughts: Today I had Indian curry... then I had Indian curry in the bathroom. Nom nom.
Thoughts: It's fun to give yourself a haircut.

Whiff
This Latino lady let me sniff her loins because I complemented how good her laundry smelled.
I realized that I could make my clothes smell like anything I wanted by adding it to my detergent... like mint leaves, lavender... pho!
*Imagination runs wild*

This is the 5th guy that's complemented my natural smell. But this is the first guy that's ever shoved his face in my pits to get a stronger whiff. He admitted to be a "smell sort of guy" which I thought was cool until he started sniffing my permanent pens and candles as if they were the only source of oxygen in the room.
I spent the day with Crazy Aquarius, and I have to say I found myself more interested than expected. I think he's very cute until he makes this stupid face when he tries to be cute- he becomes deformed looking. I informed him of that and of course he does it more, blast. He also smokes and I told him that I won't kiss him after smoking those cancer sticks.
It's interesting because he's the opposite of the guy I was dating that I recently ended it with. He texts me good night at midnight, he complements me for no reason like when I sneeze and he enjoys frequent close mouth quick pecking.
I called the guy I was dating to check up on him- voice mail. No return call. Hmm. I'm friends with his roommate so I asked her to check up on him. Blah. I was reminded of that episode of friends where Phoebe was good at breaking up with people. I don't think I ended it very well. Mike, my roommate suggested that next time I use the line, "we're good friend, but I don't think we'll become anything more serious than that."
Gosh, I sounds so much better than, "I don't have feelings for you."

KORRRREan.
After ditching my roommates at the Abbey in WeHo, I spent rest of my Halloween night with Crazy Aquarius and his Korean friends, who I love. I learned that one of the girls was adopted. It makes me wonder what percentage of Korean Americans are adopted. I feel like Americans like adopting Koreans... because they are spicy or something. Or maybe the Korean government was having a Korean baby sale ...............or something.
Crazy Aquarius also showed me his fat pictures. I'm interested to see how many Korean boys started off fat. I told him to start a facebook support group: I Used to be a Fat Korean Boy, now I'm sexy....
Oh Koreans... so sexy, so crazy, so adopted.

Sharing Space, Never Lonely
Sorry for all the posts. I've been so busy, I've finally been able to get all my thoughts out and as a result I've posted a butt load of crap. I'm currently in my living room with my roommate. I love being able to just chill. Especially today when I got off work "early" - 7:30PM. =X
Ernesto was telling me that he didn't know what a duvet cover was when he got it so he tried to stuff his whole mattress in it to no avail. LOL!
I got the house a guestbook. Please sign it when you visit!

Question: how much semen does it take to overflow the shower drains? damn SON!
Playing Dress Up
Alysia rewore her high school gogo dancer outfit. I wish I was more creative with my Halloween costumes in previous years. I want to wear my giraffe outfit again next year, but maybe I should try to think of other ideas.
I'm amused by this penguin chatting with the bee.
Dressing up at work. We had a costume fashion show. I did my giraffe strut, but the homemade Animal Crackers girl won the contest.
How is one so creative!?!
October Recap - We Run LA
October was an exhausting month.
Doing random things like:
Walking the streets of WeHo with Roomies and Caitlin.
Going to BootieLA which was NOTHING compared to BootieSF. We all love booty, but my favorite booty will always be from San Francisco.
Went to a "Jeans Bar" where they have people help you select the perfect designer jean in a bar style fashion. "Yes I'd like to try the Kastil 31 waist thank you." But having stubby Asian legs means we need to hem them... at least 6 inches!
Enjoyed lots of breakfast like things with Roomies such as special donuts. Bacon donut was yuck, strawberry crumb cake donut was fantastic!
Extra large elaborate pancakes in togo boxes and our pretentious fedoras.
Gosh... i couldn't even eat 1/6 of it.
Enjoyed home-cooked meals with Sandy!
Sandy stayed with me for 3 weeks. It was so wonderful to have her company. I love being surrounded by people even though they make me drive them to a bike shop to ship their bike to Portland at 11:30. It was ladies night at the bike shop so I had to wait in the street :[. Sandy I want pictures from our Chinatown adventure!
These are the dipping sauces I made for Sandy's homemade Vietnamese food. So good!
Practiced flipcup at the office on a Friday night:
Spent time with my High school friend Alysia at interesting places that have board games! "I WIIIN!"
Power Rangers!
These two weeks have been crazy busy and it doesn't help that daylight savings has been upsetting my sleep schedule. Ive been awake by 6:30 and force myself to continue slumber only to be groggy at 7:45. Ugh
On Halloween my team dressed up as ... Zoo Animals! JK.
Check out the nonsense when we went to the office party
Cubicle Rangers:
Rangers arrive at the party at the Hollywood Cemetery:
Despite the open bar, I was very well behaved. I was able to get some needed dance on with the amazing DJ spinning good top 40 throw backs. Love. One of my coworkers said to me, "you dance like a Filipino! Don't worry, it's a compliment" I guess. I'd rather hear, you dance like a good dancer. LOL.
Chilling Rangers:

Took us too long to get this pose:
We got our weapons at the dollar store. The pink ranger's weapon doubled as a bubble wand!
Hungry Rangers:
Lady Gagas
Some other people from my company:
The winners of the costume contest:
It was one white guy dressed up as a tour guide holding that tour flag and a whole bunch of Asian people with Sars masks and SLR cameras following him. Very deserving win!

Becoming the Other Guy
I think it's been 2 months since I first started dating the guy and our relationship had hit an expected plateau. With all the advice from friends, I had planned to talk to him about just being friends later this week.... my logic for prolonging this was that I hoped that I didn't need to say anything and he would just get it. I guess I hoped that we were both on the same page and we could avoid that awkward part of getting it in words and documents. This is a common mistake.
He came over Sunday night after an "interesting Halloween weekend" that involved him throwing up in my friend's car on Friday (I had a bag ready) and then not being invited to hang out with me on Saturday when I "needed roommate time," but really I needed Halloween slut time.
I asked him what's on his mind and he responded with, "where is this going... sometimes I feel like you want me in your life, sometimes you don't." I told him that I don't have any feelings for him, but I just wanted to take it slow and give it a shot. He asked again, "is it because you're not ready for a relationship or...." I repeated, I don't have any feelings. With that he left, grabbed his shirt that I borrowed and headed for the door after "getting the last word:"
"I should have seen this coming." He mumbled. He was really sad. I felt really bad. "I guess we won't be seeing each other," he stated.
"what do you mean? I still wanna hang out with you." I was looking forward to going skiing.
"Well.. if that's what you want to be is just friends..." and he dragged his feet to his car and I locked the gate.

I've never been in this sort of situation. I've been in his spot plenty of times, but it's rare for me to be so casual, so aloof, so unclear of my intentions, so assuming until I actually hurt someone. I care about him, but not like that and I just feel terrible.
I should have avoided this painful death by saying something sooner- being straight up is ALWAYS appreciated.
But now I understand what it's like to be "the other guy" and I have become that other guy: difficult to read, uncommitted, selfish, and undesiring of anything serious... disgusted by people who ache about the idea of love.. blah blah blah.
I feel like I have become the other guy who dates around, steps on people, feels good about himself and reassures himself that he's doing nothing wrong while juggling feelings and shots of stoli... and not saying anything until things get out of hand.
Or simply put, I have become that guy that isn't ready for anything serious, who doesn't desire a boyfriend, commitment... but rather just a good time with good people and good food. I'm only 24 and I don't feel like settling. But no one would be interested if they knew that, but no one would get hurt at the same time.
