Food Trucks <3

Right outside my office building are a whole bunch of food trucks.

Thanks to Danster, I discovered a Vietnamese Sandwich Truck that's about to open! I contacted them and told them to come to my location!! I hope they do!

Today I had delicious Japanese + American Fusion food. It was a sandwich? with compressed rice patties? it was so strange and delicious. It was like having a teriyaki bowl.. in sandwich form... so good, so weird.

There are a ton of places mixing flavors. There's an Indian taco place I want to try. Ernesto pointed out a confused Filipino place that served Papusas! My co workers were talking about having a DimSum Truck. I don't know how that would work.
